Anxiety
We’ve all heard messages like “Choose happiness” or “Just think positive thoughts” and, like me, you may have felt frustrated or even like a failure when you couldn’t make your anxiety go away. The truth is: struggling with anxiety does not mean you are failing.
Anxiety affects your whole body, not just your thoughts. So in therapy, we work with both your mind and body to help reduce anxious feelings and build a greater sense of presence, calm, and acceptance.
Using my specialized training in mindfulness, holistic wellness, and evidence-based approaches for anxiety treatment allows me to guide you in developing practical tools and daily habits to manage anxiety effectively. Together, we explore the root sources of your anxiety and work on strategies to help you stop fighting your mind and start living a more peaceful, grounded, and empowered life.
