We’ve all heard messages like “Choose happiness!” or “Think positive thoughts!” … and like me, you’ve probably felt like a failure when you couldn’t just force yourself to get rid of your anxiety and have a new attitude.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could just choose each of our thoughts with blissful ease? The truth is, we can’t simply choose them. And you are not a failure for struggling!

What we can do is work with both your mind and body together, to end the battle going on in your head and create a sense of presence, peace and acceptance. We’ll draw from my training in mindfulness and holistic wellness to start creating habits that will help you manage your anxiety as we work together to uncover its source, so you can stop fighting your mind and start living.
